“Amid the darkness spread by the corona pandemic, we must continuously progress towards light and hope,” the PM said in an address to the nation on Friday.
“We must continuously strive to take those of us most affected, our poor brothers and sisters, from disappointment to hope. We must end the darkness and uncertainty emanating from the crisis, by progressing towards light and certainty. We must defeat the deep darkness of the crisis, by spreading the glory of light in all four directions.

प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारतीयों को कोरोनोवायरस के खिलाफ लड़ाई में एकजुट होने के लिए कहा है। 1.3 बिलियन लोगों की एकता दिखाने के प्रयास में, पीएम मोदी ने भारतीयों से कहा है कि वे अपने घरों में रोशनी बंद कर दें और 5 अप्रैल को रात 9 बजे नौ मिनट के लिए लाइट कैंडल, दीये या मोबाइल टॉर्च जलाएं। यह दूसरा ऐसा शो है एकता के लिए प्रधानमंत्री से आग्रह किया है। जनता कर्फ्यू के दौरान, पीएम मोदी ने लोगों को अपने घरों में ताली बजाने और बन्द करने के लिए कहा, जो फ्रंटलाइन कार्यकर्ताओं के समर्थन के रूप में थे।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked Indians to stand united in the fight against coronavirus. In an attempt to show the unity of 1.3 billion people, PM Modi has asked Indians to switch off the lights in their homes and light candles, diyas or the mobile flashlight for nine minutes at 9pm on April 5. This is the second such show of unity the Prime Minister has urged for. During janta curfew, PM Modi asked people to clap and clank utensils in their homes as a show of support to the frontline workers.
The Prime Minister said, "This Sunday we must show coronavirus that we fight with light. We must show it the strength of 1.3 billion people. On April 5, I ask you for 9 minutes of your time. Switch off all the lights at home. Light a candle or diya or mobile flashlight at the doors of your homes for 9 minutes. When we all do this, we can show the force of the light. We must realise that we are not alone." He also urged people to not gather outside their homes for this.
PM Modi said that this exercise would show the unity of Indians. He added that we must shine light on the ones who are the most affected by the coronavirus pandemic. "We must move towards the light. We must take the ones who are affected the most -- the ones with less resources -- towards hope. We must move past the darkness and uncertainty that has been created, and go towards the light. We must spread the light everywhere," he said.
The Prime Minister thanked the people of the country for their contribution to the lockdown. He added that the way Indians thanked the frontline workers during the janta curfew set an example for other countries. He said that one might feel alone but the strength of 1.3 billion are with them. "When crores of people are locked in, people might feel what will they do alone. Some might even think how to win this fight alone. How will one spend so many days alone? We might be locked down and might be alone at homes but we are not alone. The strength of 1.3 billion people is with every person," he said
Still there are few people like Mr. Sharma who are selfish and they have no faith in god. Such type of person have no right to be a part of country. You may ask millions of questions you can oppose govt. but when science bent on knees then nature or God come in front us to help.
