PLANT HORMONES CLASS 10:

THERE ARE MAINLY FIVE TYPES OF PLANT HORMONE:
1. AUXINS
2. GIBBERELLINS
3. CYTOKININS
4. ABSCISIC ACID
5. ETHYLENE

1. AUXINS:
   a) Plant Growth Hormone.
   b) Found in Apical Region of Plants.
   c) Light Sensitive hormone.

2. GIBBERELLINS:
  a) It helps in the growth of Stem and Fruits.
  b) It helps in cell enlargement and cell differentiation.
  
3. CYTOKININ :    (CYTO: CELL   ;  KININ: DIVISION)
  a) It promotes Cell Division.
  b) It is found in seed and fruit.  
  
4. ABSCISC ACID:
  a) It prohibits the growth of Plants.
  b) It is a Growth Controlling Hormone

5. ETHYLENE:
     It helps in the ripening of fruits.
